Named after the Quebec hockey legend, the Maurice Richard Arena is the second largest in the greater Montréal area. It is the longtime training centre for the Canadian national short track program and has hosted numerous international competitions over the years, notably the ISU World Short Track Championships in 1987, 2002, 2014, 2018, 2022 and 2026.
