RETIREMENT
She retired from competitive short track at the conclusion of the 2017/18 season to take up a coaching role and to complete her economics and management studies at Obuda University in Hungary. "Even before last year's Pyeongchang [2018 Olympic Winter] Games, I decided it would be my last Olympic cycle. After the 2017/18 season, I thought a lot, and finally decided to finish. I'm turning 30 this year [2019], I'm no longer young at all in this sport. I never felt in my head that I would be able to stay on the ice for a long time, and the injuries were getting harder."
