Getting to Tampere 

• Tampere is connected by train to Helsinki Airport. The trip takes 1.5 hours and trains are frequent. Check Finnish Railways (VR) for schedules and tickets.
• Tampere has a small airport with direct connections to Riga, Tallinn and some holiday destinations
• There are also bus connections from and to Tampere, check out Matkahuolto, Omnibus and Flixbus websites
• Car rental is available

What to Bring

• The currency in Finland is the Euro. Card payment is accepted almost everywhere and in some places cash payment is not accepted
• Finland uses 230V voltage and the type C socket (Europlug) with two round pins. You might need an adapter
