Lajoie is a professional actress and has appeared in commercials and in a TV program called Just Kidding. Her older brother Jerome competed in judo at the international level and is the U 15 National Champion in 2013. Lagha is an accomplished pianist and successfully participates in music competitions. They missed the 2024 National Championships and Four Continents as she recovered from a concussion.
