Ilyushechkina/Bilodeau teamed up in spring 2019. She is the 2009 World Junior Champion (with Nodari Maisuradze), representing Russia until 2012. She moved to Canada in 2014 and skated with Dylan Moscovitch until 2018. She took a break from competitive skating after this partnership ended and performed in shows. Bilodeau is the 2015 World Junior silver medalist (with Julianne Seguin). He got married in July 2019.
