Tobias/Stagniunas teamed up in spring 2010. She formerly competed for Georgia at the international level. She received Lithuanian citizenship end of 2013. She is a trained ballett dancer and danced in the school of American ballet for seven years. First Lithuanian ice dancers to win a medal at the Grand Prix in ten years (since Drobiazko/Vanagas got silver at 2001 NHK Trophy) when they took bronze at 2011 Skate America. The couple missed the first half of the 2012/13 season as he recovered from a back injury.
