Lim/Quan are the first Korean Ice Dancers to win a medal at an ISU Championship (silver at the 2023 World Junior Championship), at the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final (silver in 2022) and a medal at the ISU Junior Grand Prix series (bronze at JGP Courchevel 2021). He received Korean citizenship in December 2024.
