Pushkash/Guerreiro teamed up in May 2009. Both competed successfully at the international junior level with their previous partners. Guerreiro is the 2009 World Junior bronze medalist with Ekaterina Riazanova. The couple switched coaches in May 2010 and moved to the USA to train with 1980 Olympic Champions Natalia Linitchuk and Gennadi Karpanosov.
