Hocke/Kunkel teamed up in spring 2019. They are the first German Pair Skating team to qualify for the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final (in 2019). She is a 2018 Olympian with former partner Ruben Blommaert. Hocke/Kunkel switched coaches after the 2021/22 season and relocated to Italy for training. They withdrew from the ISU Grand Prix Final and German Nationals in December 2023 as he suffered from a back injury. Missed German Nationals 2025 due to injury (Hocke).
