Duskova/Bidar are the first Czech skaters to win a World Junior title (World Junior Championships 2016) and are the first pair skaters from Czech Republic to have won medals at the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating (silver at JPG Linz in 2015 and silver at the ISU JGP Final in 2015 & 2016). Duskova also competes in singles at the international level and competed in singles and pairs at the ISU World Junior Championships 2014. Bidar's brother Petr (eight years older) competed at the international level in singles and pairs. The couple missed the first half of the 2017/18 season as Duskova recoverd from a knee injury.
