Kitromilis is the first Cypriot skater to win an ISU Challenger event (Autumn Classic 2021) and first Cypriot skater to compete at an ISU Grand Prix event (Skate America). She missed the 2023/24 season due to a knee surgery. Kitromilis has relocated to Bulgaria for training.
