Hagara is the first Slovakian figure skater to win an ISU Championship medal (bronze at 2024 World Junior Championships) and to qualify for the ISU Junior Grand Prix Final (bronze medal in 2023). His older sister Alexandra competed at the international level and is now part of his coaching team.
