In the Junior categories, Seo Min-kyu, Mao Shimada, Rui Guo & Yiwen Zhang, and Hana Maria Aboian & Daniil Veselukhin delivered standout performances, showcasing rising talent and steady progress as they continue their path toward senior competition. In the Senior categories, Ilia Malinin, Alysa Liu, Riku Miura & Ryuichi Kihara, and Madison Chock & Evan Bates captured the gold medals with commanding skates across all disciplines.
The event in Nagoya delivered defining performances across every discipline. Malinin dominated the men’s field with a record-breaking free skate, while Liu captured her first Grand Prix Final title with a sharp and confident return to peak form. Miura and Kihara thrilled the home crowd with a composed, emotionally grounded skate to win Pairs, and Chock and Bates closed the weekend with a polished, commanding victory in Ice Dance.
